Long ago, I tried writing a series of fantasy stories, and the second of these was called Tårnblæserne (lit. The Tower Blowers, which doesn’t sound so sexy in English). In the story, the tower blowers are slightly vulture-like birds like the one seen in the middle of the image. The other heads and people are characters from the book.
